• Assess specific talents, skills, core values and stressors

• Identify and explore multiple career paths that align with core values, needs and stressors

• Generate a compilation of jobs, career paths and educational requirements

At the conclusion of the workshop, particpants will:

• Actively learn more about their strengths, needs and career interests

• Compare and contrast career paths to identify best career "fit" for the long-term

• Learn the top five marketable talents that come naturally to the participant

• List top five marketable skills in which they are proficient

• Learn the top five skills they need to hone for their desired career path(s)

• Outline behaviors, circumstances that generate stress and workplace dissatisfaction

• Identify resources for career research including: forecasting, pay structure, education/training and beneficial attributes for success.

For youth audiences and adults in transitional life stages, we have created additional objectives. These objectives, like all of them, may be customized to meet the goals of the individuals and specific programs.

Particpants will:

• Master the basic elements of successful job inquiry

• Learn the top three components of a successful job interview

• Practice interview, telephone and professional etiquette

• Be trained in the “dos and don’ts” of interview attire
