Phase 1:
Team Cohesion
This training uncovers innate skills, strengths and stressors within the team unit. Groups also gain a vernacular, a way of communicating, about the problems (and behaviors) that spawn conflict and inhibit productivity.
Phase 2.
Cohesive Maintenance

Once teams understand the composition of their group (i.e. who’s proficient at what, who needs what and why), then it's time to explore ways improve day-to-day interactions.

Secondly, when everyone’s needs are met, meetings are incredibly productive. This module also teaches how to skillfully structure meetings so the staff can focus primarily on creativity and bringing their best thinking to the process.

Phase 3
Let’s Get Personal

Traditional management structures focus more on control than motivation. This is a huge mistake, because control is a nemesis to team cohesion. The key is to inspire desired behavior, not attempt to force it.

One primary barrier to peak performance is self-sabotage. Like it or not, every morning, people bring their "demons" to work and you have to deal with them.

Some examples include:

* Negative thought patterns,

* Inability to set personal goals and poor follow-through,

* Inability to manage changes in the team, workplace or processes and more!

Phase 3 works directly with the individual (in a group setting) to enable him/her to contribute to the team in positive, meaningful and productive ways. This workshop equips and empowers for lasting success.

Finally, Phase 4 is all about reinforcement of the information acquired during previous phases.
