Learn Objectives

In TCB Consulting’s True Colors module, participants will:

• discover their individual temperament strengths and list the varied ways those skills impact the team dynamic (i.e. “How my interaction style affects others”).

• acquire a non-threatening vernacular for discussing [individual] needs, values and work styles (i.e. “Learning what my colleagues need and how to express mine in ways that promote workplace harmony”).

• learn to leverage individual strengths to compliment the cognitive and behavioral needs of teammates (i.e. “Ways I can infuse empathy and understanding into my interactions with team members”).

• distinguish between which specific behaviors may generate stress and conflict within the team environment and learn practical tips to adjust them for productive team interactions. (i.e. “ I will acquire resources to facilitate effective and more considerate interactions.”)

• explore the power of perceptions and formulate ways to amend problematic behaviors and habits (i.e. “I will learn more about how I may come across to others”).
